STUD SERVICE CONTRACT

This is to certify that,

The FEE for this mating is:

to be paid by the Female's Owner at the time of the first mating.

The conditions of this Stud Service Contract are as follows:

1.       All Fees are payment for the stud service only, and are not to be construed as a guarantee of offspring surviving the birth.  At least one (1) offspring, born dead or alive, constitutes a letter.

2.       The Owner of the Stud guarantees that the Stud is potent, and that a mating was achieved on at least one of the above mating dates.

3.       If there is no pregnancy from the mating described above, then a refund minus $50.00 or a return breeding at no cost will be provided.  This will be the owner of the Bitch's coice.  The breeding will be by th3 same stud if available, or by any stud of Onyahsa Kennels.

4.       The owner of the Female certifies that the Female has not been bred to any other male during this heat cycle, and that utmost care will be taken to insure that she is not bred to any other male after this service has been provided and that the offspring will be given proper care.

5.       If there is only 2 or less puppies born a return breeding will be given at no cost.

6.       The Owner of the Stud will provide a properly signed litter registration application upon proper evidence of th4 birth.  It is the responsibility of the owner of the female to notify the stud owner of the pertinent facts about the birth.  In the case where the female is not registered with the AKC or the female was bred with another male in violation of par. 4 above, no registration application will be provided.

7.       No offspring from this mating are to e offered for sale to or through any pet shop, grooming parlor, or any other kennel.

8.       There are no other terms or conditions unless stated herein as follows:
